I eat little or no animal protein and I will tell anyone that the healiest lifestyle is to be a vegetarian. However, I know that properly cooked beef is delicious, AND it is much healthier for those who love beef to eat better beef from properly raised cattle. I have shared this story with many other people, a few of which have recovered from terminal illnesses at near the point of death. Our BEEF is USDA Inspected/Certified, meaning the cattle are health tested prior to slaughter! Our farm is NCDA inspected and licensed.
